Shipping Policy
Shipping to the lower 48 states is $50 for most items up to $999, and $75 for most items $1000 and up. Please contact us for shipping on amplifiers, juke boxes or other items that require special considerations. To negotiate shipping rates to AK, HI, or international, please send us a message.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery for store credit, unless otherwise stated.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery for store credit, unless otherwise stated.
Restocking Fee
For shipped items that are returned, we charge a 5% restocking fee. When re-listing items that travel across the country more than once, we often have to discount them - this restocking fee helps recoup those losses.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Every attempt will be made to describe used/vintage items as accurately as possible. In rare instances, we will sell items in "as-is" condition, which will not be eligible for returns. Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
