Guild F-112 12-string acoustic - Vintage 1971, as-is, needs neck reset

Here's a fun one for you luthiers (aspiring or pro) - a 1971 Guild F-112 12-string acoustic. It is completely playable as-is with only slightly high action, but the saddle is as low as it will go, the bridge has likely been shaved (it measures about 1/4 inch at the center) and it will need a neck reset to get any lower. This one shows a ton of wear, including a small crack on the back that appears to go through and two smaller top cracks (can't tell if they go through) on the lower bout. Bracing all appears to be in tact, and this one has a PAPER THIN top, which imparts a nice tone and makes the instrument very light - especially compared to many Guild 12s that are boat anchors. Great project guitar, or play it as-is until it implodes! No case or gigbag, but will pack accordingly if shipping.
