National Reso-phonic Radio Tone Bendaway Resonator - 1997, w/OHSC, pickup

Yowza! This National Reso-Phonic Radio Tone Bendaway is too sweet. A single resonator guitar, this model (now discontinued) incorporates a redesigned cover plate pattern to complement the distinctive Tricone-style grill with a modified upper bout for easier access to the higher frets and better slide-player range. This one has upgraded McIntyre pickup installed, likely to the cone, for electrified playing if it wasn't already loud enough, IN ADDITION to a top-mounted (no route) Barcus Berry pickup under the strings! Likely mounted to the cone. This one has TWO jacks installed on the side of the guitar so you can split the signal between the two pickups. Includes a Rattlesnake signal splitter. Very cool. Here in Very Good condition, it shows a few signs of wear - a coupe superficial dings, some minimal chrome tarnish and light handling wear. Includes the original hardshell case with some scuffs and dings on it.
